Key Responsibilities

• Develop agentic workflows to support Loan Officers and enhance borrower experiences
• Prototype and validate solutions through offline evaluations and online experiments
• Blend generative reasoning with classical ML for comprehensive decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building AI/ML systems using Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with LLMs, multi-agent systems, and GenAI methods
• Strong foundation in predictive modeling and data-driven experimentation
• Experience with SQL and distributed data tools such as Spark and Databricks
• Proficient in coding practices including Git, CI/CD, and testing
