Architectural Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Architectural Project Manager specializing in Data Center Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more data center projects from design through construction, ensuring alignment with client goals and design criteria
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project team members and oversee project documentation, including construction documents and construction administration activities

Required Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required
• Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience, particularly in developing owner program requirements and proposals
• 6+ years of experience in data center projects, including tenant improvements and ground-up designs
• 8-10 years of Revit production experience within data center projects, with extensive experience in BIM 360 environments
• In-depth understanding of construction documentation and compliance with building, fire, and energy codes
