Architecture Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Architecture Project Manager for Data Center Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more datacenter projects from design through construction, ensuring alignment with client goals and design criteria
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee project documentation and construction administration activities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards

Required Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required
• Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience in architectural practice
• 6+ years of experience in data center projects, including tenant improvements and ground-up designs
• 8-10 years of Revit production experience, specifically in data center projects
• In-depth understanding of construction documentation and full construction administration processes
