Staff Engineer Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer/Tech Lead (FinTech) to lead the Extensions team while balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, review, and maintain high-quality, production-grade code in C# and PHP
• Define and evolve the architecture of services and applications for scalability and performance
• Mentor engineers and guide design decisions to improve the overall effectiveness of the team

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in building and supporting production systems in C# and/or PHP
• Proven experience as a technical leader with architectural decision-making skills
• Proficiency with databases, including schema design and optimization
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
