Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the QuickFrame Marketplace team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and mentor a talented team of engineers while fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration
• Guide architecture decisions across frontend and backend systems in collaboration with the Lead Staff Engineer
• Work closely with design, project management, and product teams to translate business requirements into engineering goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing product-oriented engineering teams
• Strong technical foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and serverless architectures
• Familiarity with modern development practices such as Agile, CI/CD, and release management
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and manage multiple priorities effectively
