A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate (Remote in Arizona).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage members transitioning through various levels of behavioral health care
- Complete member assessments and educate on available resources and services
- Coordinate with providers and treatment teams to strategize solutions for care barriers
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field; or a Doctorate in Psychology; or an RN with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Active, unrestricted license to practice independently in Arizona (e.g., LP, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, RN)
- 2+ years of experience in a related mental health environment
- 1+ years of experience with local and state community resources in Arizona
- Proficiency in MS Office and access to high-speed internet for remote work
