Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team focused on clinician enablement and adoption
• Oversee the design and delivery of training programs and change management plans for clinicians
• Serve as a strategic clinical voice to inform product development and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Clinical background required: MD, DO, PA, NP, or RN with documentation workflow experience
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 3 years in leadership roles
• Deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows and provider needs
• Experience in managing enterprise change management efforts
• Proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams
