Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to focus on VA's Direct Messaging products and their nationwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project artifacts and maintain updates in SharePoint
• Facilitate business requirement development and manage risks and issues
• Coordinate use case implementations and provide post go-live support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years' experience in health information exchange
• Demonstrated business system analyst experience with client relationship management
• Experience working directly with Department of Veterans Affairs customers
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite of Tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Must be willing to maintain a Public Trust Tier 2 Clearance or higher
