- Design for AI enablement and workflow automation by identifying suitable steps for automation
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Operations, or Consulting
- Experience facilitating cross-functional workflow mapping and process optimization
- Skilled in developing clear, structured SOPs and documentation
- Strong understanding of handoffs, dependencies, exceptions, and decision points
- Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Google Workspace, and project trackers
