A company is looking for a Digital CRM Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand business requirements through workshops and conduct Fit-Gap analysis in Salesforce
- Create requirement and functional design specifications, including use cases and impact assessments
- Provide functional support for Salesforce applications and assist in training key users
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience with GIT and JIRA
- Certifications in Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
- Experience in developing and executing regression test cases and defect tracking
