Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect, responsible for guiding clients in utilizing the platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement new customers and ensure their success and scalability with the product
- Enhance and expand existing customer implementations of the platform
- Lead design workshops to create scalable solutions based on best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services/Enterprise Product Implementation, preferably in SaaS
- Solid technical skills in CRM, relational databases, and data integration processes
- 3+ years in a Customer Success role, ideally using the platform as a Customer Success tool
- Experience with project management and organizational skills
- Existing platform admin experience is a benefit but not required
