Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Practice Director for the East Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regional business practices, project management, and financial performance
• Develop and implement a regional business plan targeting year-over-year growth
• Facilitate resource allocation and staffing strategies to support client needs and regional objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees preferred
• At least 20 years of related experience or equivalent required
• Experience in the A/E/C industry required
• Proven leadership ability and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of risk management and financial strategies
