A company is looking for a Senior Retirement Consultant - Government.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations to government retirement plan participants regarding their retirement planning needs
- Educate participants on plan options, investment allocations, and distribution choices to facilitate informed decisions
- Maintain account history and track customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals through proactive engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Demonstrated success in sales
- FINRA 7 & 63 registrations required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn recordkeeping systems quickly
