Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Retirement Consultant - Government.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized consultations to government retirement plan participants regarding their retirement planning needs
• Educate participants on plan options, investment allocations, and distribution choices to facilitate informed decisions
• Maintain account history and track customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals through proactive engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Demonstrated success in sales
• FINRA 7 & 63 registrations required
• FINRA fingerprinting required
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn recordkeeping systems quickly
