Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Change Manager, Enterprise OKR Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute change strategies for the rollout and adoption of the OKR framework
- Partner with stakeholders to build cohesive enablement and communication campaigns
- Lead stakeholder analyses to assess organizational readiness and tailor strategies
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in large-scale transformations
- Proven experience supporting enterprise OKR programs or similar performance management systems
- Deep understanding of the OKR framework and best practices for implementation
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Change management certification is preferred but not required
