RN Clinical Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Clinical Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for prospective and current clients, assisting with demonstrations and clinical initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to Care Coordinators, ensuring high-quality Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring
• Develop and deliver educational programs and training sessions for clinical staff on new procedures and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in Virtual Care Management or related services
• CCM Certification preferred or to be obtained within 1 year of hire
• Experience in managing and leading clinical teams
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
