Job Summary
A company is looking for an Amazon Connect Solution Strategist to support the design, documentation, and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to capture and map customer journeys and translate them into technical requirements
- Gather and document business requirements, developing detailed design documentation for Amazon Connect deployments
- Apply best practices for cloud contact center deployment and lead training sessions for clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Solution Strategist or CX Analyst, preferably in a contact center or AWS environment
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect capabilities and core customer experience concepts
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB is a plus
- AWS certification (e.g., Cloud Practitioner or Connect-specific training) is advantageous
