Workday HCM Deployment Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Deployment Lead (Client-Side).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the client-side Workday subject matter expert across HCM modules: Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and Absence/Time Tracking
• Partner with the System Integrator to oversee solution design and validate configuration aligns with business needs
• Act as a liaison between the business, internal IT, and SI teams to support global deployment efforts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in multiple full-cycle Workday HCM implementations in a global environment
• Deep understanding of Workday Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and Absence/Time Tracking modules
• Prior experience working on the client side of Workday projects
• Proven ability to interpret business requirements and validate system design
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
