Job Summary

A company is looking for an EOR Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers through consultative solutioning
• Schedule and conduct kick-off calls with new clients to understand their needs and goals
• Develop and deliver comprehensive platform training sessions for clients

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building and nurturing customer relationships
• Prior implementation experience in the EOR industry
• Background in customer success/service or HR SaaS is a plus
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple language
• Experience working remotely is beneficial
