Pricing Process Improvement Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Process Improvement Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize the workflow of the Pricing Predictive Analytics team to enhance operational effectiveness
• Implement and manage an Azure DevOps board for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and capacity tracking
• Develop a comprehensive operational process playbook documenting best practices and role responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas
• 4+ years of experience in project and process management within P&C insurance, particularly in pricing or regulatory filing operations
• Deep understanding of operational workflows supporting predictive modeling and filing teams
• Experience with Agile Project Management and familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Ability to create and interpret operational dashboards and documentation
