Client Implementation Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Analyst II (EDI) to manage the electronic setup and testing of IT projects related to Client Claims Processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client requests and customize access to products using EDI and Web Services
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and implementation of solutions
• Conduct testing and analysis to resolve issues and ensure successful client transitions to the production environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of related experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical production or applications support role
• Understanding of Healthcare IT claims processing, including EDI and Web Services
• Ability to create SQL queries for data analysis within an Oracle database
• Experience with tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, and JIRA
