Key Responsibilities
- Leverage system and domain expertise for client discovery and scoping
- Develop proposals and statements of work while maintaining client relationships
- Capture relevant information in the CRM system and stay current on partner products
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative selling related to HCM or WFM systems
- Proven ability to support relationships with mid-level and C-level leaders
- Experience working independently without daily supervision
- Ability to multi-task between different opportunities and clients
