Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager for LLM Automation Projects on a 12-month contract, remote in the USA or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration
- Define problem statements and project goals with the client to determine the best automation strategies
- Develop project plans with clear milestones and oversee the team's execution to meet accuracy benchmarks
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
- Proven experience in managing technical teams in AI, machine learning, or related fields
- Experience in business analysis and project management, with a focus on technical and business needs
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing technical projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
