Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Performance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees behavioral health quality improvement programs and initiatives to meet regulatory and accreditation standards
- Collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to enhance behavioral health services and achieve corporate quality metrics
- Tracks and analyzes data related to quality measures and participates in quality improvement committees
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, Public Health, MHA, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in behavioral health care or managed care
- Knowledge of clinical BH quality management and experience with Medicaid populations
- Familiarity with NCQA and HEDIS/Withhold measures
- Preferred licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in MA
