Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst focused on clinical operations and clinical quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document operational and functional requirements from clients in real time
• Review documentation for alignment with contract or program requirements and update benefit policies as necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop standard operating procedures and support materials

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare delivery, healthcare coding, or system configurations
• Previous healthcare experience, particularly in government healthcare or TRICARE
• Ability to interact with stakeholders and translate requests into business documentation
• Experience facilitating meetings and capturing detailed notes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
