Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant - SQL 2016 Engineer-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment and planning for SQL 2016 to SQL 2025 upgrade initiatives
• Install and configure SQL 2025 on Server 2022 according to specifications
• Perform post-migration validation, including performance tuning and support

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server 2016 and 2025
• Proficiency in SQL administration and migration processes
• Knowledge of compatibility testing and validation procedures
• Familiarity with server installations and configurations
• Ability to work with vendors and application owners during migrations
