Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst to support project-related tasks and improve processes within the Ecosystem group.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Manager in analyzing customer feedback and defining high-level requirements
• Recommend and manage process improvements while tracking performance metrics
• Build strong technical knowledge and share insights with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical project management or business analysis, preferably in SaaS applications
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders
• Experience in troubleshooting technical challenges and handling complex data formats
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
