Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Commercial to lead and expand its technical delivery capabilities in the commercial market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the new consulting division, focusing on target markets and growth objectives
• Build and lead a high-performing team while driving business development initiatives and establishing long-term customer relationships
• Manage the division's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in consulting with a track record of business development and practice growth
• Experience in leading commercial business divisions in consulting or technology-driven organizations
• Deep understanding of Oracle technologies and cloud offerings
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and performance reporting
