A company is looking for a Change Manager specializing in the Prosci ADKAR model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies for healthcare transformation initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to tailor engagement strategies
- Design and deliver training content and reinforcement tools to support adoption of changes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Public Health, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in organizational change management, with at least 3 years in healthcare
- Prosci Change Management Certification and Train-the-Trainer Level 1 Certification
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives impacting clinical and administrative teams
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
