Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Events Producer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage virtual events production calendar and create live, recorded, and on-demand event content
• Create comprehensive event project plans and conduct regular checkpoints with deliverable owners
• Drive all event testing, quality control, and post-event review practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience organizing or producing online events and/or live streaming productions
• Technical experience with webinar platforms, specifically Zoom Webinar
• 3+ years managing live or recorded videos in digital asset management systems
• Bachelor's Degree
• Project management experience with a focus on delivering events on time and on budget
