Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant for Safety and QMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction with software and services
• Follow the Implementation Methodology for project management and address any timeline issues
• Guide clients on software configuration and conduct tailored training sessions for end-users

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, business administration, computer science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation
• Industry experience in safety, medical, environmental, or industrial hygiene preferred
• Professional designations (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN) are a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of system implementation life cycles and project management methodologies
