Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant for Safety and QMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction with software and services
- Follow the Implementation Methodology for project management and address any timeline issues
- Guide clients on software configuration and conduct tailored training sessions for end-users
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, business administration, computer science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation
- Industry experience in safety, medical, environmental, or industrial hygiene preferred
- Professional designations (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN) are a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of system implementation life cycles and project management methodologies
