Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote customer support by troubleshooting inquiries and delivering resolutions
- Configure pricing and menu data to meet project deadlines
- Execute menu-related project assignments, including promotional and seasonal rollouts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the restaurant or point-of-sale (POS) industry, especially in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment
- Prior customer support or client-facing experience focused on technical issue resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and Word
- Experience troubleshooting application issues and guiding customers through technical steps
- Experience managing multiple configuration projects or menu updates under tight deadlines
