Associate Director of Nature

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Nature to provide technical oversight and strategic insights related to nature and biodiversity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on nature solutions, including soil health, biodiversity, and water stewardship
• Guide and deliver nature assessments and strategy development for client projects
• Develop knowledge materials and conduct training to enhance team expertise in nature and biodiversity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, ideally a Master's degree, in agriculture, ecology, or related fields
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience focused on nature and biodiversity
• Prior experience in professional services and consulting is preferred
• Strong industry connections and proven capacity for providing senior-level expertise
• Knowledge of guidelines and frameworks for regenerative agriculture and sustainable food systems
