Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in a relevant role
• Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Strong understanding of global HR business processes, especially Onboarding and Offboarding
• Project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
