A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst - Digital Experience Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond to digital survey feedback and monitor experience metrics
- Troubleshoot common issues and facilitate sessions with business partners to improve the portal
- Track and trend systemic issues to enhance the digital experience for providers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of business experience in Healthcare Operations
- Experience with UHC Provider Portal and/or NPS
- Proficient in office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
