Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their North America team.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions for systems integration and configuration
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, leading client sessions and guiding the business analysis team
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and facilitate quality reviews of requirement artifacts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a Business Analysis role, with preference for candidates who have led engagements
- 10 years of industry experience in Life and Annuities (L&A), including knowledge of various life products
- Experience in policy administration and implementation in Life and Health solutions
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation
- Experience working with configurable enterprise systems
