Lead Consultant - AI Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Consultant (AI Governance Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver client-facing consulting engagements focused on AI governance and regulatory compliance
• Advise stakeholders on translating regulatory requirements into actionable policies and control mechanisms
• Lead the implementation of AI risk frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate governance into AI/ML workflows

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, risk management, or AI/ML domains, with 2+ years focused on AI governance
• Familiarity with key AI governance frameworks and regulations, including the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare
• Practical knowledge of model lifecycle governance, including documentation and compliance reviews
• Understanding of MLOps tooling and responsible AI platforms
