Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify and quantify key business drivers for customers
- Build customized business impact analyses and ROI calculators for customers and prospects
- Present business cases and financial justifications to C-level stakeholders and budget owners
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Sales Consulting, Customer Success, Business Consulting, or Financial Analysis in a SaaS environment
- Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, Telecom, CX, or related industries preferred
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
- Ability to extract and interpret customer data to create business cases
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams in a SaaS company
