Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Social Worker to provide virtual integrated behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for patients and families
• Coordinate care and resources for patients, including crisis intervention and discharge planning
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and act as a liaison with protective services and community resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree in Social Work required
• De-escalation certification required within 6 months
• Permanent LSW licensure required; LCSW licensure preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
