Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scoping calls to assess client integration needs and create implementation plans
- Lead the technical implementation of integrations for Enterprise clients
- Respond to internal support tickets related to technical integration and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer
- Experience with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partner platforms
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and APIs
- Experience with integration workflows and project management tools
- Proven ability to document processes and create flowcharts or diagrams
