Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Review assessments, plan of cares, and updated outcomes for Medicaid Waiver recipients
• Support the team and families by managing supervision requests and justifications
• Work remotely using electronic devices and tools to complete daily tasks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Documented combination of relevant work experience and skills
• Person-Centered Thinking/Planning training is a plus
• Knowledge of Virginia Medicaid Waivers is a plus
• Must maintain a steady and reliable internet connection
• Two references are required
