Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to manage projects related to talent management tools and engage with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to talent management tools from requirements gathering to implementation
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams
• Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate focus groups to ensure solutions meet end-user needs

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in program/project management, working with stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience with Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUPs
• 1+ year of experience with SAP Success Factors Succession Module
