Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to guide project teams in delivering complex technical projects throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with clear objectives and timelines
- Lead the execution of technical implementation projects and manage scope changes and risks
- Establish effective communication channels and cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Engagement Manager role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Expertise in using project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in motivating and managing project teams
- Solid understanding of enterprise software implementation projects and technical documentation
