Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Supervisory Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide General Agencies and Agency Supervisory Officers on regulatory and supervisory requirements
• Conduct oversight visits and assist in developing a consistent supervisory structure
• Consult on sales practices and conduct reviews of email surveillance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a career agency or supporting an agency system
• FINRA Series 7 & 24 at the time of application
• FINRA Series 53 and 65/66 must be obtained within one year of hire
• Must reside in TX, IN, KS, MS, TN, or IL
