Job Summary
A company is looking for an Aftersales Consultant to deliver training to Audi Dealership Aftersales personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training and coaching sessions on service reception, customer satisfaction, and selling skills
- Follow up with dealers on yearly certification and assess training needs
- Provide feedback to the training design team and conduct in-person and virtual training classes
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of training and facilitation experience in various formats
- Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in automotive retail, hospitality, or customer care
- Effective time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
