Aftersales Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aftersales Consultant to deliver training to Audi Dealership Aftersales personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training and coaching sessions on service reception, customer satisfaction, and selling skills
• Follow up with dealers on yearly certification and assess training needs
• Provide feedback to the training design team and conduct in-person and virtual training classes

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of training and facilitation experience in various formats
• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in automotive retail, hospitality, or customer care
• Effective time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
