Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Intelligence to support product strategy and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to implement new customers, including data analysis and presentations of findings
• Analyze user behavior and product performance to support data-driven decision-making
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings and assist in evaluating product changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
