A company is looking for an Assistive Technology Analyst who will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathers, validates, and analyzes business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
- Translates user requirements into functional specifications and creates models and documentation for developers
- Manages requirements throughout the project lifecycle and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
- 4 - 6 years of related experience in a similar role
- Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate analytical and project management skills
