Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of proposals for federal health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of proposal development for complex federal opportunities, ensuring compliance and alignment with solicitation requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define win themes, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
• Manage proposal reviews and approvals, ensuring quality and strategic objectives are met prior to submission

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in federal proposal management, with at least 5 years focused on health-related agencies
• Strong organizational skills to support multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and relevant proposal tools
