Key Responsibilities
- Study and learn end-to-end processes for Customer Advocate and SMB Sales teams
- Identify operational pain points and implement process improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Document business requirements and manage defects and enhancements in partnership with internal technology teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, or Customer Support/Success in an analyst role
- Experience in a high-growth, enterprise software company
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools, with a demonstrated interest in their application to sales or support workflows
- Strong analytical thinking skills, using data to inform decision-making and project management
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
