A company is looking for a Consultant - SMART Scholar Coordinator Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support the Scholar Coordinator team with scholar communication and coordination
- Oversee the onboarding process, award management, and compliance monitoring for scholars
- Manage data maintenance, program support, and special projects related to the SMART Scholarship Program
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, academic, customer service, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years of age
- Ability to analyze complex problems and drive effective solutions
