Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, FSP Business Segment Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate strategies for FSP, translating them into actionable plans
• Drive execution of projects and manage internal resources for project teams
• Lead change initiatives and act as the primary contact for clients on strategic FSP projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 15 years of experience in clinical development with a track record in leading and developing staff
• Extensive FSP experience is required
• Proven experience in budgeting and resource management
• Demonstrated knowledge in data management, regulatory, and medical writing functions
